  We offer enrollment in the McDonald's Insurance Program. This is available to all crew and managers. There are also optional dental, vision and life insurance plans available.

• Vacation

  Each Employee earns a weekly vacation after one year

  Crew members get a half price meal each time they work a shift

  Managers recieve a free meal for each shift they work

• Bonus

  All crew and managers can qualify for a bonus when a mystery shop is completed on the store. Up to $100.00

• Performance reviews

  Performance reviews will be completed every 6 months, wage reviews at least once a year,based on individual performance
